At Regency Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home furnishings do not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email within 30 days of receipt to verify your eligibility and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure all furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and repacked securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery partners to collect the items from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees.
